Lisa is the only reason my family comes to this Sam's Club for our glasses. We came this week and she was very busy with another customer and we were helped and greeted by the sweetest young girl whose name is Jayla if I remember correctly. She handed us over to Lisa as soon as she was able to. Lisa is such a treasure to your store. She knows us by name and remembers us from when we used to visit a small town local optometrist in Abingdon. I can’t say enough great things about the crew at this location!
came here after leaving the eye doctor's small but WAY overpriced optometry shop. had the biggest selection I've seen (compared to any eye doc's optometry shop) of youth glasses. lady was super nice, very helpful, yet patient w/ my son's indecision and let us be to try and try and try some on. worked well w/ insurance other than the small glitch of ALL Sam's lenses are antireflective (which my insurance won't pay for). glasses came in in about a week. apparently there's a really good non-insurance deal for Plus members, so m... read more
Helpful, caring associates. My issue is that they no longer carry Ray Bans or Oakley frames. Now they have names I've never heard of. Frames are so important! Why give us a sub standard selection?? ?
So slow, over a month to get sunglasses, which the coating failed. Replacement would not include extras I paid for because, guess why, it was a replacement. Guarantee is a favor I guess. Sad real store wannabes.
