If you went to Doctor Moss I would find an other provider ASAP! Since he retired it feels like a complete mess! I’ve been waiting over 2 months for the correct contact lenses. Also, if you do decide to stick with it make sure you write down the name, date and time of staff you worked with. It’s messy and nobody has a clue of tracking orders. Went to the Lone Tree Co Optical for new frames and Lenses this afternoon..The associated was playing on his computer and finally said Yes!. I asked him if they took my insurance and he said I do not know? I asked him to check and of course he said NO they don't take discounted insurance. I said What is a discounted insurance? I have Humana and was told you do take it. He said no we don't. Again can you make sure you dont take it and what his your name. He litterely gesture me out and said BYE!. Talk about Rude? I bought glasses with the scratch resistant polycarbonate lenses - they scratched any way. But when i came into Sam’s the people there went above and beyond to help me out and remake them.
