I am a customer of the Secaucus optical center for years. I recently developed an infection of my right eye . I had I had a new pair of glasses, filled and ready for pick up prior to my diagnosis. It was a serious eye infection that required hospitalization and Rosalind Del Valle optometrist went above, and beyond her scope of work to reassure me not to worry we can assist you after you are better When I was better, I returned to the store she reassured me she would replace the eyeglasses and she did just just that. Went to Sam's Club optical for the first time Sunday. Met Dr Win and he was very professional. He not only checked my vision but diagnosed a detached retina in my right eye. I didnt expect such thorough and complete eye diagnosis as my previous eye doctor did not even come close to the level of my previous doctor. Extremely pleased. Only $90 for the complete exam. I highly recommend Dr. Win.
