The one star is for the exceptional customer service. The workers deserve a 5 star for real. The people there are friendly and willing to help. However the product is 100% hot garbage. I bought all their cleaners and their wipes and fiber towels to protect my glasses. It took less than 2 hours for my lenses to be scratched. Push forward 60 days and I regret buying glasses here. Yes, I bought the extra priced warranty from a 3rd party... and was told they won't warranty them due to "personal use errors". So I'm out $400 and n... read more
