The manager there had tried to use her sams club card to redeem my $100 credit... for herself. Not worth the frustration, go to a real eyecare establishment where professionalism is standard. My lense provider has been contacting their office repeatedly just to get blatantly ignored. Almost seems intentional. All of the staff are excellent, they get five stars. It's the glasses I rate as one star. I got two pairs of Bob Mackie frames. First pair, I got a big scratch immediately even though I was extremely careful with them. So buy a warranty. The second pair, the piece of metal that's over your nose that joins the two lenses, are soldered on crooked. The staff is going to exchange them.
