I strongly considered ordering glasses here but I was met with the employee being extremely pushy trying to sell me a few pairs of glasses I didn’t need. I came in because I heard they were budget friendly, found a cute pair of glasses and tried to get a quote. I do not need my bifocals plus any of the extras they were trying to sell me. I love that you can scan items on the app and then walk out with a minimal security check. I just scanned an entire cart of items and was advised by the app to go to a register for a security check. HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. I am not sure if this is the standard process currently or if something is broken, either way Sam’s has dropped the technological ball and you pay the price with your wasted time. Not unlike the sister company Walmart who won’t take mobile pay at all.
