Sam's optical We were ordering replacement glasses for an insured pair that were bought last November here at Sam's in Austin. Chanel and Mychel were filling in here today. Chanel found a problem with the original order - it had been entered wrong - and made a big difference in the cost of the new glasses we were buying and the Allstate insurance credit for the old glasses. Amber has really bad body odor and was rude. Will not be purchasing from there until she learns better hygiene. Do better Sam’s.

I have been doing business with this Sam’s Club Optical Department for years and cannot overstate how amazing they have been. And I’m a perfectionist (horrible patient). Retail shops don’t even compare.
