Well Deli Bakery thanks for making a buttercream cake when I pacifically asked for a whipped icing cake! This is the third time this has happened to me. And yes I asked the worker is that a whipped icing cake and he said "yes" this happen today. Then I Got home 30 minutes later and realize that it was buttercream. But thank you to the young lady that's going to help me out an fix problem. I do like Sam's Club and I love shopping there. But I'm very disappointed with my last three cake purchases. Why pay extra for plus card to get in early when sams has only one register open in a saturday morning and then u have cash back check in which cashier has no idea what to do. Manager is called over head, ten mins later she shows up. When I explain what's going on she tells me "well I am working alone too"-alone means by yourself then why are there all these employees walking around the store. Hmmmm. 20 mins to check out. While I do AlOT of printing photos at this store & have for years Sunday evening was my most favorite of all. Cheyenne was your associate that helped me. She needs to be moved into manager along side the man who usually is there. She was amazing helpful & said I believe we have a picture of yours -- printed 6-6-2016 & no one ever called to state it was ready until she is going through the older orders.. I used the scanning app for the first time. It worked great. Only one item would not scan (pregu sause), so I bought a different brand which I liked better anyway. There was a Santa � there that my daughter enjoyed sitting on his lap...he was a great Santa, smiling, laughing & having a good time. The guy at the door had a hard time scanning my phone receipt from all my scanned items, make sure that part works as good as the scanning app does. I'm glad I got to skip the long lines. Merry Christmas!
