I have the plus membership which costs $100 per year. Supposed to open at 7 am. There are four customers standing in the cold at 7am this morning. We are knocking on the glass doors and the greeter is ignoring us. I call the store and the lady says “doors are open”-then why the hell are we standing outside and the doors won’t open. They finally come and unlock the doors. I go to customer service to pay my bill and lady tells me “can’t pay your bill due to I can’t get my registers to work”. great to deal with good employees.
Highly recommend Sam’s Bakery for custom cakes. They did a wonderful job on our cake for my grandfather’s birthday. Daly was an absolute gem, she delivered a product that was beyond our expectations. The cake was definitely a highlight of our party.
