I’ve been ordering contacts since 2021 and the process has normally been good, until I ordered last week. Prices of my contact brand increased by over $20 a box, so it added nearly $100 to my order of a 6 month supply. They claimed it was due to tariffs because the contacts are made in Ireland but 1-800 contacts sells the exact same lenses for much cheaper. do not go here they say someone picked up PAID contacts when they were not picked up, they needed to review the cameras. Refused to return my money whoever the manager is there is beyond rude still have no contacts which is ridiculous.
We waited for the individual in the office then we tried to get their attention, and we even called and they did not move from the seat that they were in. First time impression was horrible.
