I have been going to Sam's club optical center for the past 3 years, ordered contacts through them and didn't have a problem until recently. I purchased a box of contacts and they made my eyes red and burned so I called them to see what can be done to resolve the issue. I've worn this brand of contacts for 15 years and never had this happen before. The man that works there basically said there is nothing he can do. They need to officially change their hours. I’ve tried going several times to pick up an already purchased order and they have been closed early every single time. They have 7pm listed as their closing time on a sign at the counter and online, but they’ve been closed by 6:30, sometimes earlier. I recommend calling ahead to see if they’re actually open when you need them.
