I have been coming to this location for my optical needs throughout different stages adulthood from going through college, many part-time jobs to my professional career; with and without vision insurance. Vision has been a driving factor in my performances throughout all stages. The Dr has changed at this location but the Sam’s Club optician staff has remained attentive. I came in feeling frustrated because I didn’t have insurance, but Chris was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain my options and made me feel comfortable instead of stressed. It’s rare to find that level of patience and customer care. The whole experience ended up being much better than I expected. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Sams Optical!
