Every time I call they are very helpful and friendly. Even offering to go above and beyond what I expected. I've encountered about 4 employees... phone & in person, and they all have been friendly. Good job y'all, keep up the good work :)

Review for independent doctor - contact eye exam Receptionist is an older lady who is rude and very unprofessional. I felt the doctor saw this and had an over kill with kindness, which somewhat offset the rudeness of the receptionist. This doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism from the receptionist. The equipment didn’t look clean. Which made me wonder if it’s sanitized before each patient. At my previous eye exams, with Target Optical, the Dr would sanitize the equipment right before I used it.
