I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and experience of the staff. Bina (I hope I spelled that correctly) was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and never missed an opportunity to greet others as they walked by. The “que” scan in is frustrating especially since there is almost no cell service inside, but her peraonality more than made up for that.
I bought an expensive pair of glasses at Sam’s club in Tyler Tx. I also paid extra for the insurance. They were fitted and we left. Living 50 miles away on the way home I noticed a crack in the lens. I took them back the next week. They said I would have to use the insurance and I could only use it once. So I chose to wait in case I had to use it later.
