Besides being very busy, understandably this time of year. We got everything we needed and then some. Store was nice and clean. Store is making great changes. Just wish we had a store in Grand Rapids. Hint hint!! :)
Well I hear they are losing their photo center!!! Not impressed with that!!!!
Purchased tires and the tech striped two lug nuts. They then said I had to go elsewhere and get the lug nuts removed before they would do anything else. After I had the lug-nuts removed and replaced, which cost over $60 dollars and took over an hour; Sam’s refused to do any kind of partial refund. They brought the tech out and he argued it was my fault the lug nuts stripped when he tried to take them off. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a real tire shop!
