Everything was fine for my purpose... needed some tech assistance with my OTC Lucid Hearing Aids. Perhaps my expectations were too high. The set up felt like those Tax Return/Preparation kiosks you find in Walmart during tax season. I felt a bit exposed considering the services provided. The technician was knowledgeable as regards my issue and fixed my problem promptly. For that, I give 4 stars. Took away 1 star for the "ambiance."
