Jeremy Jones at Sam’s Club does a thorough hearing eval, explains well about the results and gives good info on hearing aids with monthly and yearly check-ups. He is the best!
Hearing aids are 13 months old and are WORTHLESS. No warranty, no adjustment. No customer service- they just don’t care that the hearing aids are junk. Cost is comparable to what we just purchased at the audiologist to replace these pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY HEARING AIDS FROM SAMS.
