Marlow MacKenzie is the best hearing technician ever! She is patient and truly listened to all of my complaints regarding my hearing difficulties. She carefully administered many tests, explaining every step in detail, sometimes twice. She is kind and speaks clearly too. It was a very positive experience. Marlo McKenzie was very kind, patient, and professional. She took her time and I never felt rushed. She was very thorough with the hearing test and the explanation of the results. We discussed several hearing aid options and she helped us find the ones that suited us the best.
