Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. We've got issues and have tried for days to get someone to pick up the phone for the hearing aid center. Guess all we can do is keep trying. Not good customer service, at all!!!!!!! No recording, no nothing as to why this is happening. Another extremely disappointing service where no one seems to be paying attention to what's going on within their organization.
