I went to Sam's club in Provo and asked the audiologist for a hearing test and he said, he didn't want to waste his time doing a test on me. He definitely lacked people skills that day..
Hi I would like tell you about great Day! I made appointment to have my hearing check thought I would Sam Club I have membership, so I went my appointment he askef me question get to know me. Then check my eye advise that couldn't give me hearing test until my eyes was cleaned out they full plugged with wax. So I decided I would go have them clean out. Then I call back, he told me he still be to do the hearing test. I was think that I could save money on buy hearing and come same day with hearing aid! I was very happy. Glad ... read more
I'm not even going to post any stars cuz we are from a area that doesn't have a sams club and we came to the one in provo and they turned us away cuz we didn't have a membership I'm sure glad we have a Costco. I remember the one in Logan gave you a day pass
Twice I have come in for a hearing aid appointment, only to see that the audiologist is absent and a sign indicating he'll be back the next day. Both times the appointments had been set in advance. This has been highly inconvenient as I have to go out of my way to get to Sam's Club. Neither of the previous audiologists here had demonstrated such unprofessionalism.
