This is my second set of hearing aids. Jamie Tipton is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work in helping her clients to hear better. I am very pleased with my new Lucid Hearing Aids and with the help Jamie provided.
This place was so very helpful. Jamie Tipton did a great job with the hearing test and getting me setup with my hearing aids. Jamie has been so willing to answer any questions I have had anyone me I go in. I highly recommend her.
Jaime T. is absolutely amazing! She is always polite, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. She has helped my mom with 3 sets of hearing aids, answers every question, and is ready to perform maintenance every time my mom comes to Sams. She has made a challenging experience so much easier. I am so grateful for her kindness towards my family.
Fantastic, I love my Lucid Bluetooth hearing aids. When the phone rings they automatically connect to my iPhone and I can hear every word. I even enjoy listening to music again. I just had a yearly tuneup and my hearing aids are doing better than ever. Couldn’t ask for a better audiologist. Thanks Henry
