Just went in for an adjustment and an annual hearing test. I was very pleased with Shelby and her knowledge and caring attitude. She was very attentive to getting more clarity for me. I can hear so much better. She even checked on me the following week to see if I needed further adjustments. Excellent quality and service at Sam's club hearing center!
They are very busy right now. New person running it and can't just walk up for help. Have to make an appt and can't call in because the store doesn't answer and the direct # doesn't have voice mail. Needs better service but otherwise they are helpful.
