We purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance Max Life P255/45/19 tires ( Last Sunday of October) with Bruce from the Concord Nh store. We were offered the Sam's card ( which we easily got AND we "upgraded" to a PLUS status) Paid Tires came in got our extra 60.00 off and another 30.00 ( for upgrading our membership. NOW HERE is my TOTAL Disust with a Tech named " Charlie, Eric, and a couple others who were there ( we were scheduled for 1:00PM Sunday Nov 6, 2025. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Very Poor customer service.
Never notice before, My appointment for my 4 tires was at 4 p/m. arrived at 3:45. Stood around for one hour and a half with NO DAM PLACE TO SET. Walked over to the food court to set down<>PLUS I had to park my car AROUND THE DAM BUILDING and walk around to go inside and when my car was done walk back around the building tp get my car. I guarantee I wont do that crap age. Not at 81.
Such a wonderful experience at this café! The employee who helped us (her name is Sherrie) was so kind and friendly, greeting us with a big smile that instantly made my children and me feel welcome. Their positive energy was contagious, and they kept us smiling the whole time. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of warmth to customer service, and it truly made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back!
Went to bathroom at Sam's they were just God awful ,I can't believe such a big company would this happen I will never stop at this Sam's again ,not all Sam's are the same but man upper management needs to be council or talk too..
members mark can chicken. says 4 servings,12.5 ounce.actual is 6.8 ounce so 1.5 + /- each. ripoff.not good on computer cant figure out photo download. you do the test yourself.
I just canceled my membership yesterday do to rude and disrespectful behavior toward other customers and me by one of their employees. Judging by the curious, but non-interfeering looks by his co-workers, I can only assume this was not the first time he was disrespectful towards Sam's Club's clients. Managment is not existent here, and I believe this is the root cause of their issues. When there is no one to guide and support the staff, how would one expect that there would be order and professionalism in the store? I ask... read more
