This Sam's doesnt care about their guest service. This time my pick up took 25 minutes with no one else waiting. Last time was weekend and took 56 minutes and then I was told by employee that he looked outside and I wasn't there so I thought I'd try early Monday morning. And dont try to talk to general manager even if he emails you to call him it's not gonna happen tried to call him over a 2 week period of time never happened. So I'd say DONT use their pick up service because it sucks.
They are changing their check out stations to make them self checkouts. They were poorly staffed on a very busy weekend right before Thanksgiving. The staff reported that they are cutting the hours of those working there. There was a huge back up at the check out station, not enough help and the help that was there was not doing well. This is not what we are used to at Sam's. If this continues you will loose customers.

Not the place I would get a birthday cake. Totally did not complete the order I ordered for my sons first bday. It was supposed to be an Elmo design and all I got was red and white cupcakes. I request whipped icing and got butter cream. I definitely wouldn’t order another cake from here. Very disappointing for my sons first bday.
