What a disappointment. There is truly no reason to place your order for pickup online because I promise you’ll wait even longer. They said my pickup would be ready at 3 and yet I waited over an hour just to pickup my groceries that I had already paid for. They finally bring the items out and half of them are missing. So they finally sent somebody back there to find the missing items and the printer breaks, so they’re not able to print my receipt so that I can leave. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered my 4 year old a birthday cake from bakery almost a month before the event and received a call three hours before pick up time with them telling me they didn’t have the kit needed to make the cake. Terrible service!

I have never been so insulted in my life. At least teach your employees to wait for your customers to be put of ear range before talking about them. Your service sucks.
We have been given the run around in the tire department and from reading other comments we are not the only ones. They have order tires to replace the bad ones we got from them and there is always a problem like wrong size and have to reorder. They will not answer the phone and there is no other way to check on if the tires are in. We have been long time customers but this might just change that. The store manager needs to step in.
