I find it ridiculous that I paid for a membership to shop here and I have to search through all the boxes for unexpired products. Went shopping tonight to pick up some items and the danimals had boxes that expired before Christmas on the shelf. Tried to exit the store was the only one trying to leave and it took forever because the employee was too busy talking to another employee rather than scanning my receipt so I could leave. Customer service is at it’s worst. Employees act like you are bothering them or in their way. Most are socializing loudly amongst themselves or avoiding assisting customers. Friendly and helpful staff would keep customers shopping longer and spending more money. Now I just run in to get what I need and out before the bad attitudes rub off on me, they are contagious, I’m telling you.
save money if you know your prices... tires and batteries also
I shouldn’t have to pay $100 a month to shop before 10am. I understand membership benefits are different for plus members BUT it’s like Sams is saying you can’t shop here early if you’re poor or have better things to spend your money on. I won’t renew my membership when it’s time. What a shame that they have decided to make members pay an extra $55 a year to shop before 10am.
I ran into Sams today To grab a few things. Went through the fast check out, got to the car loaded my things. Put the buggy back with my wallet still in buggy. I get to my next stop no wallet. Panicked I drive back to find a sales associate had taken it to the curtsey desk. Thank you Georgie for being so honest. God bless you 💕💕
Runs different than any in rest of the country. I travel often and utilize sam’s alot. This store does not honor business member hours and makes access to tire and battery difficult.
Why in the world do you have to walk all the way around the store to get into the tire center?
