RecommendedYall we are headed back to Lake Charles this weekend and as we are shopping a linewife from West Virginia was trying to help get supplies and called and they said they would donate some water, so nice. Well we had grabbed alot more so we could fill our truck and when we got up there Ms. Darlene who was helping us the whole way said MS. Jenny Boyd said to go ahead and pay for all the water. We are so thankful. Thankyou for all the support you give the community and beyond our own community. Amazing!

You need to bring out pick up orders especially for the older people that shouldn’t be in the club!!! Come on how difficult would that be!
Get friendlier cashier's. The cashier I had today was incredibly rude and tried to blame her mistake on me. This makes me want to never shop here again. please fix this issue.
Big selection of holiday items. Really liked the assisted checkout. Got checked out really quick.
Horrible customer service experience today. 2 cashiers begging for management help for over 30 mins at customer service. Over 10 customers waiting unable to get proper help. Why is management taking a lunch at 5:00 hour. The ships sinking, the customers are ready to rage, and the employees are helpless and clueless. Unacceptable sams club

What a disappointment. There is truly no reason to place your order for pickup online because I promise you’ll wait even longer. They said my pickup would be ready at 3 and yet I waited over an hour just to pickup my groceries that I had already paid for. They finally bring the items out and half of them are missing. So they finally sent somebody back there to find the missing items and the printer breaks, so they’re not able to print my receipt so that I can leave. Absolutely ridiculous.
