RecommendedPicked up my new glasses 2 hours ago. Have to commend Danny for his professionalism. He was incredibly helpful when I selected my frames. I told him how glasses aways give me a headache rubbing against my temples but I can’t stand contacts. He did such a good job finding the right frames and fitting me that they didn’t even need adjustments when I picked them up. 2 hours into wearing them they are still as comfortable as when I put them on! This is a first for me and with my TMJ!

No business hours or perks anymore... terrible store hours for restaurants and businesses… Today, I turned in a credit card for “Bernadette”and asked for a store manager which they did not provide... instead they gave me some shady guy who said he would page the guest...(he never did) and Gail at the front was super rude… Also, they had no signs up saying I could not buy more than one thing of paper towels and toilet paper and were beyond rude about it! I am not one to cause a scene in a store or confront a manager about situations, but that happened on September 26th at the State College Sam’s Club. It was discrimination against women, especially divorced women. I noticed my phone app had different information compared to my physical Sam’s Club Card. I went to Customer Service to close the one or consolidate them since it had different renewal dates. Placed an online order and showed up in the scheduled time frame. No one at the pick up desk. Every time we do this there is never anyone at the desk. Customer service said to “go find someone”. Seriously, you’re customer service. You’re supposed to help people. Walk the whole store and find no one. Finally someone shows up at the desk and they can’t find the order. Half an hour of waiting and they still can’t find it because it was never filled. We could have did our own shopping for the amount of time wasted.
