Went this evening with my 65 yr old parents that both are diabetic, and the store didn't have cart wipes or any hand sanitizer stations anywhere in the store!!!! My parents usually carry their own,but knew that Sams had cart wipes at the door before, so they didn't think twice about it. I would like to think that a store that makes a ton of $$$ could oh ya know have some type of hand sanitation, especially during a PANDEMIC!!!! Very disappointed in you Sams.

the worst experience of all I do not recommend buying a cake here at all.
RecommendedI love going to sams but today was embarrassing I went through check out paid cash had receipt sent to email well showed it to exit door worker Nd it it wouldn’t scan they made me go to customer service desk she printed out receipt than I had to go back to exit door worker Nd show it Than I was able to leave So embarrassing never has this happened I will never have receipt sent to email again
We placed a Sam’s Club pick up order yesterday morning to be picked up this evening during a time slot of 7-8 pm. I drove over an hour and arrived at 7:38. I was told that they were unsure if they could get my order to me since it was a large order of thirty items. But I could wait and watch my email. If they were able to fulfill my order they would send an email. I am unable to cancel my order. If I needed to be their earlier then why schedule me for a pick up between 7 and 8? Not a good experience at all.
We love our sams club on west gate parkway- especially the crew at online pick up
Terrible customer service and very rude workers
During this time it was very crowded but everybody was being polite to each other in the store team members were very helpful
Even In panic mode the store had what I needed.
