I ordered tires from this location 9/26. They told me they would call me in about 3-4 days. 1 week later I call in and they say they are having a system issue and all phones are ringing to the bakery and that they can't transfer me to the tire department. I call back the next day, yes my tires are in. They don't do appointments so just show up. When we shop at Sam's Cub we like to plan on having a cinnamon pretzel and an ice cream cup as our weekly treat and we spend hundreds of dollars of dollars there on a weekly basis. What is so frustrating is that the cafe is constantly out of pretzels and the ice cream machine, we are told, is not working most of the time. Sometimes it has ben taken apart because it is being cleaned and because the person working at the time doesn't know how to finish the job the machine is down for many hours. I am now and have always been a big Sam's fan. One thing I wanted to say is that this is a great place to go to get your prescriptions filled! Fast service and great prices.
