Never had a problem until today. Ultimately ended up leaving after waiting 40 minutes for bubble wrap to be pulled. Member services girl asked me if I wanted to go search out the manager in the cafe. Ummm, not my job, Then when Stephanie finally shows up she's miserable and said it would be a bit. Understandable to a point but I have a job too and can't wait around all day when this membership driven club is supposed to be about convenience. First time I came here I got attitude from a worker for sitting on a chair I didn’t know I was supposed to sit on. Then after I already paid for my groceries I was walking out the wrong door and I got yelled at by the same employee. Then my second experience here. I called the store to check to see if the item I wanted was there because I live 30 minutes from here and they said it was then I get there and it wasn’t there. I would give 0 stars if I could
The café is HORRIBLY understaffed. Whichever manager causes this constantly needs to be fired.
