Nice place to shop
Tried to ask for some help at guest services but the old worker lady there was rude. Ruined my experience.
The goods are of quality. Customer service still needs improvement. I called out to a rep on the floor to help me find an item and she continued walking.
I would give 10 stars for the front end manager gentleman he is amazing at his job! The customer service lady Terri is not. She was super rude and acted like I was trespassing or trying to get a free membership. I forgot my membership and Id at home which is not close. All you have to do is go in and give them your phone number and they can print out a temp one. But I will be back cause the front end manager is a gem and helped me out. Thanks for being great. But please train others to be just as friendly.
