Customer service is not great. There was a small problem that happened when I purchased something at the register and instead of being respectful about it, the cashier went full on aggressive about the purchase I was going to make. I didn't even argue about the issue, but the cashier was so aggressive that another cashier had to make her way to our register just to repeat the things the cashier said to me already (more politely, but they made it seem like I was having an issue and an hard time understanding). Mostly OK. I like using the app to pay and avoid lines. They need to fix the soda machines in the café.

I absolutely love your app on my cellphone! I pick the items I want, scan on my cellphone, and pay through my cellphone using your app! I avoid the long register lines! The scanner after checkout is AMAZING! Suggestion why not use one line for just the people that use the app to check out? Why only 4 stars: 1. The strawberries are moldy almost every time I check. But once a month I find a good batch. I check every time I go. And honestly, I’m there at least three times a week. 2. And the fresh bakery items don’t last as long... read more
