Delivery order pickers can’t read! There is a difference between copper and blue! The customer service rep at the Woodbridge store said they just look at the item number. So, basically, they’re too lazy to read the order and get it correct. Then I have to go out of my way to make a special trip to the store to return something I didn’t even order or I’ll get charged for it.
Service is terrible. Waited almost an hour to have someone help me load a girl onto my truck
