Only give one star because there was no 0. Was not able to get a hot dog at the food place.said you must order it online. I have no plans to shop there in the future.
***UPDATE*** Has been a year since this was posted. Reached out no response... shows how much they truly "care" about the situation. Thank goodness we haven't and won't be returning. Horrible customer service and ridiculously rude employees!! Forgot our shopping card and CC at home by mistake, and told the girl at the customer service desk. She just asks for ID prints out a receipt and hands it to us. Tells us you can use that to check out and pay. this is, without a doubt, the worst run tire store(or any store) that i've ever had the misfortune to try to do business with. and this isn't just a small sample opinion. this has been going on for years. i kept using them because of their tire prices but that is now over. they are just not worth it. in the last half dozen times i've come in for service, not once were they not short-handed. several times just one guy showed up for work. the last time i had a set of tires installed, it took 3 1/2 hours to get them mounted. tw... read more
I enjoy shopping at Sam's especially the return policy Luann and Scott have been amazing about returning my headphones Update Melissa is awesome I needed a 3632 in pants I couldn't find it and she opened boxes and found everything for me definitely keep this girl 🎸😁
