Good prices. Good products. Employees are burnt out and try not to make eye contact lest they are asked a question. Their mobile carts are the worst. On my two most recent visits I have been left stranded. They do need to be charged. They also need new batteries occastionally. Great news to all who need a cart. The new Crest Foodson Covell has an abundance of carts that work and are charged. And, the staff is pleasant No membership fee either!

Stopped by to get some essentials. It was around lunchtime so I figured I’d grab a hotdog combo on my way out. Should be a quick thing, right? WRONG. The attitude from food area cashier, he couldn’t run a lemonade stand. Customer service absolutely sucks here. Instead of waiting around to get my hotdogs, I just left. Keep the $3.50 Sam’s. I’ll drive the extra 10 miles to Costco. I’ll get fuel there while I do, maybe even a full tank. I’m not renewing my membership to Sam’s. This location’s stockers don’t use care! Just go the extra miles to OKC. Bread is always smashed. Coke cases are dropped so they leak co2 and are completely flat. Frozen items are shaken so they’re already out of their wrappers when we open the boxes. It’s just not worth it anymore. We tried to give grace, but it’s been multiple items on the last few trips that end up completely unusable. We’d rather drive further out of our way into the city to ensure the food’s packaging maintains its integrity.
