Problem with the gas station ⛽ and traffic pattern 🔥🚗🚕🚓🚔🚥 I like this Sam's club a lot, I've been going here for.... Just about since it opened. Margie is great at the door and the management team is polite. I'm in a spot now where I will wait in line for 30 minutes to get gas, and then the attendant will tell me my card is broken and to go see customer service. I go and see customer service and they tell me the card is fine and to go back. This has happened around five times now. So that's about 5 hours of time wasted... read more
Scan and go is awesome
The pickup personnel at Sam’s Club always do a great job. Their customer service is excellent, and the whole drive-up process is super easy. You pull into a pickup spot, call to check in, and in less than five minutes they are already there helping you. They are friendly, fast, and professional, and they make the experience feel smooth every time. It saves time and makes shopping so much more convenient. I really appreciate the great service and the effort they put into helping customers.
