Door greeters are grouchy. The frozen area is grimey and just feels like it need remodel. Checkouts are always greasy sticky smudged. Store don't feel clean.
Sam’s Club is going downhill. They changed their order for pick up system and every time I go now it’s late or they don’t even have it. I waited for over an hour during my time slot went in and spoke with an associate who really didn’t care he said he couldn’t tell me when it was going to be ready. Didn’t care about following up with anyone and said would you like to cancel. I had a 2 Hour Dr. back home and it was past 7 PM so I had them cancel the order if this is the way they do business. Not only were they late yesterday with pickup order, there were NO parking spots at multiple points today. I came back 30 mins before close, checked in, and multiple cars who did the same all got left waiting without any notice that they closed. They just left us waiting for 45 minutes before someone asked the person doing carts what was going on that they closed and weren’t bringing out any more orders. RIDICULOUS!
