They got rid of customer service. Hardly any one checking out customers. Even at the restaurant. They want customers to do the work and pay for it.
I placed a pickup order and parked in the designated spot. After about five minutes, the app said my order had already been picked up at 1:42 PM, even though I was sitting right there waiting. At 2:25 PM, I went inside and asked customer service for help. They sent me to someone in the pickup area, who told me that my entire order had been given to someone else. This was especially frustrating because I had already asked the employee bringing out orders if something was wrong, and she told me no, she just hadn’t gotten to me... read more
SLOWEST PICK-UP EVER!!! We always have to wait more than 30 minutes for them to bring our order to our car. Its faster to just go inside and use scan n go.
