Horrible service, been trying for over an hour to speak to a human representative to find out why not only my order was canceled but my membership. Currently on my 5th attempt after my call has been straight dropped in the waiting queue multiple times. Third time my membership has been canceled for no reason within 24hrs of buying. After this I'm just gonna stick with costco if I just get the normal "we can canceled for any reason" response
