Waiting for tires for over two weeks -when you call the tire department you get transferred to central number overseas . i called TRINITY customer service number and now on hold for 10 minutes who supposedly are trying to contact the tire department . Customer service is practically nil. I finally talked to a store lead and she said that the tire team lead will call me back-still waiting for that call. What a sad state of affairs. The store manager Eric needs to get involved.
