Don’t like leaving reviews but the tire shop team is beyond hit or miss here. Bought multiple sets of tires here and recently just had an issue with having a time set to get 3 replaced. Only available time was right off of work so I ran around 15-20 minutes late due to being busy and when I got there, I had to wait at the front desk for 15 minutes for someone to come say anything to me. Can't use cash to buy the food in their cafeteria area.
The store is great, but employees show racial bias. An older white woman with blonde hair and glasses stopped more people of color using scan & go, while letting others of her own race pass without issue.
The store is great but the tire place isn’t. They gave me a hard time because I bought tires from them online. I went in and made an appointment Friday for Monday. I showed up only to be questioned about buying tires online. Ridiculous that I had to go to Walmart to get it done. Absolutely awful experience and I will not take one single vehicle there. Save your money and go to Pepboys, Walmart, Firestone or do it yourself.
