I had a great experience with my pickup order at Sam’s Club thanks to Alison. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and smooth. She went out of her way to make sure everything was correct and handled with care, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer service. Would be nice if the order and pick up parking stalls were a little bit wider. Other than that, a great convenience!
At rush hour the lines that you have to make to pay are absurd
Live an hour and a half from a Sam’s Club last year we were in a Walmart. They’re on Henderson and Sam’s Club representative was there offering club membership for $25 we decided to go ahead and purchase one we decided not to renew our membership after a year and as of 26 March 2026 they’ve taken out to membership dues out of our checking account without our permission not knowing that they were gonna do that it hurt our checking account balance by them taking that money out i’m retired and on Social Security now we’re gonna... read more
