I have been more and more disappointed in the meat Dept. We have had 2 bad hams, one was so salty and the other was like rubber you couldn't cut it let alone chew it. How old was this pig? I have been cooking ham with excellent results for 25 yrs... We also buy our filet mignon and once in a great while we get great but 85percent terrible, stringy, fatty, we throw a lot away at 30.00 a tray Hamburger is greasy? WHY!!!!
