One of the reasons for purchasing expensive tires from sams was the free maintenance. When returning for the free rotation I was met by rude employees. They was only one car in the bay three open slots. After one hour my car still had not been seen. It has now been 2 hours and car is not ready. I was told after the first hour that it would take 15 minutes more. Rude employees short staff long wait is not worth the rotation here. It is now over 2 hrs and I'm still waiting.
I have been to the Sams Club in Tuscaloosa, AL about 5 or 6 times and mostly everytime there has been a problem. Some of the employees are rude and don't want to provide good customer service. I don't understand the problem with this particular Sams Club. I have visited several Sams Club locations in the United States and has never had a problem except at the Sams Club in Tuscaloosa, AL.
