Great amount of merchandise. Plus the rotisserie chickens were in abundance. Had to purchase 2 of them. I love the new café computerized ordering. I pull up the Sam's app, choose café ordering, pick what I want, slide to pay. Go to the pickup counter and it's handed to you. No waiting. It must be better for the employee working the counter. Saves time.

Can we get a security cage upfront if we cant get our own electronics? Every other Sams, its no issue. At this store, its an act of God to get your things in a timely fashion. Someone calls into the back, you sit there for 10 to 15 mins and hope someone brings you your stuff. Its also worth mentioning you need a new pizza oven, it makes sloppy, doughy pizza thats never as good as other Sams. Lets get some progress.

Please before someone gets sick, teach you people how to thoroughly cook the rotisserie chickens. This is the third and last one I will get that has been raw and uncooked even in the breast parts

Every single time I order delivery and put instructions on where the driver needs to park in order to bring items into the building, they NEVER read it. Don't offer a spot to put instructions if they aren't going to follow it anyway. It is always a nightmare at pick up too. My # is not on the account so I can't text and don't get notifications but I pick up the orders. Every time I call and let them know which space I am in I have to wait at least 20 minutes then call AGAIN and every time I call to check on it, I am not chec... read more
