Dear Sam’s Club, I’m writing to express my feedback about the Kaizen Roll, which we’ve been purchasing daily for a long time. We absolutely love it! The quality and consistency have been perfect for our needs, and we’ve always been loyal customers, buying large packs regularly. However, I recently noticed that the Kaizen Roll has changed. This particular Sam's club is fantastic. Everybody is always helpful and most of what I need is in the store. But the male optician that works in the right side of the store, seems to be off his medication and I would never go there again.
