Been going here for years but getting really tired of having to PAY for a membership just to be harassed by people selling cell phones and siding for your house. The solicitation is absolutely ridiculous and I’m in a store I have to pay to shop at.
Trying to return an item and the return center has 3 people working on 1 return in front of me. They keep staring at the tablet forever and don't resolve other customers return items that are in line.
I had a very rude interaction with one of the front end employees today. On her name tag said “Lisa” she flat out ignored me as I asked for help. Very unprofessional and she seems to hate her job. Sam’s club should hire more people whom care about their members. Lisa, get over yourself, girl. You’re there for work, don’t take your stunted emotions on the rest of us.
I love Sam's Club and the price of their stuff.
