Everything about this Sam's is great EXCEPT the Cafe. Waiting 25 minutes for one slice of pizza that was ordered on the app is unacceptable. During the lunch hour and dinner rush there is only one employee working the counter. They don't seem to know how to use the online system. What's the point in ordering ahead then?
Good prices which can be a negative as I always buy more than I planned on
Milk that expires tomorrow. Fresh food that is of low quality. No attendants to help you in the self-checkout. Aisles roped off for more than a half hour for restocking. Poor selection of goods. Constant stock outs.
