UPDATE- the manager contacted me and apologized, said they will be dealing with the issues and gave me a gift card for my trouble. They were very professional. The man at the member service counter directly lied to us. We decided to get a Sam’s Club membership today and went to the counter and they insisted that there’s only one membership and it’s on sale for $80 and there’s no such thing as a $50 one so I pulled out my phone and signed up for $50 online.
