I called trying to find out if the tire dept was open the same hours as the store. It rang and rang until the phone just disconnected. Apparently, Sam's does not care enough about customers to answer their phones. Makes me wonder if I want to keep my card if Sam's has this attitude about customers.
I was recently in this store and had a positive outlook on the experience I was about to have as I entered. I was totally wrong. It was as if everything I needed was out off stock, or needed to be brought down with a forklift. I approached the service desk to ask for help in clothing, and they made me aware that there were 3 people working in that section at the time all of whom were on break at the same time.
