We will not be going back to Sam's - ever. The store is not friendly at all, clerks are not friendly or helpful. Store is not clean - bathrooms are not clean. Overall a very poor experience. We have a membership at another store where it is very nice to shop. Like another review I read, I would rate this a minus if it were possible.

My service in the tire department was terrible on Friday, July 22. I went in to buy 4 new Goodrich tires for my Chevrolet Tahoe and the manager of the tire department, who could speak very little English, commenced to arguing with me that my tires should be P245/75R16 and not LT245/75R16 which I have always put on the vehicle. In fact I purchased the last set of LT245 tires at the same store approximately 6 years ago. Even though I had LT245 tires on the vehicle he was unwilling to let go of his position. everything about my order was wrong. this was a a very special time for me and my family and everything had to be perfect or as close to it a possible and my flowers were a disaster. the roses were little tea cup roses which i did not order and in my flower was a flower i never heard of before. This was my granddaughters funeral she was only three months old when she died. her funeral was the last memory we had left of her and we wanted it to be beautiful and and it was ruined.
