Ordering at Sam's is a disgusting nightmare. FedEx has a contract with Sam's Club, and they always act like they've come to your house to deliver the order, but they never get out of the truck to knock on your door or the bell. I've been waiting for five days for them to come and deliver my order, and nothing. I even gave them my phone number so they can call me in case of any problems getting into the building.
