I purchased my membership through Groupon and went into the store to redeem the membership and to shop today, Saturday 08/30/25. Upon arrival, I went to Member Services and waited in line to speak to an associate for assistance. Alyssa was the associate working in Member Services and she was by herself and had a long line of members needing some assistance. Every time I do curbside. I have to wait for a parking spot. Customers who are shopping inside, park in curbside spots. I know this because cars are turned off and empty. Even see them load up their teams once their done shopping themselves. The store is always chaotic.
