I would have given it a one star, but I have done business with this Sams club location for 20 years. I just spent close to ONE HOUR trying to get someone in CUSTOMER SERVICE to HELP BUT THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. We had a delivery on Friday and my assistant opened the box TODAY and 2 items were missing (Manila File Folders). I called Optical and asked if she could speak to Customer Service which is right next to them about not answering the phone. The absolute worse Pick-Up Experience and Customer Service!!!! I've been apart of the Sam's Club Family over 2+ years. I normally use the Morrow & Peachtree Location; however this was closer for my colleague to pick up. He arrived at 9:55 am for a scheduled 10 am pick up. The app wasn't working so he went in to pick up the items from inside. He was told no by a very rude employee. He went back to his vehicle and I called the store. I ended up in the Tire Department. That person took the parking spot number and hung up!!!!!! ... read more
